Our desire at Word of Truth Christian Center is to be a New Testament church. The scripture tells us in Acts 2:42 “And they continued steadfastly in the Apostles doctrine, and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.” As pastor, I find these four ingredients of utmost necessity as they are the building blocks for the New Testament church. Doctrine is vital for out of it comes practice. Fellowship is the result of that doctrine which leads to genuine worship and communion with our Lord. And prayer was the thing that shook the church in New Testament times. It is my prayer that in these last days we will see and experience a mighty move of the Holy Spirit as we continue steadfastly to keep Jesus in the center of our lives and ministry.

From a beginning twelve years ago in a local motel to our beautiful property on Napoleon road, we know that our Lord and Savior is to receive all the glory and praise!

“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.” I Corinthians 15:58
